Braid Hair

This short course will give you a taster into the world of hairdressing or you just want to learn this ever popular "ON TREND" skill set then this could be for you. You will learn the creative techniques of braiding hair, including styles such as: French Dutch Fishtail Two strand techniques multi strand learn about face shapes. How to prepare different hair types and some fun ways of working creatively to achieve this highly fashionable trend, with two of our highly experienced teachers.

Entry requirements (year 12)

There are no formal prerequisites. Applicants of this program will be required to complete a numeracy & literacy selection exercise, attend an interview and complete an application form.

Applicants need to demonstrate the literacy and numeracy skills required to undertake this course through a test as part of the application process. The test will be conducted through Federation College prior to commencement of training. This program offers a pathway with credit into the Cert II in Salon Assistant or Certificate III in Hairdressing. You will need to be employed to undertake an apprenticeship course.
