The course covers the following topics: the Australian Legal System, elements of contract law, torts law as it relates to negligence and provides an introduction to various business organisations, including sole traders, partnerships, trusts and companies. Students gain a general understanding of Australian law as it pertains to commerce and management professions. The course provides students with background, analytical and problem solving skills.
