Leadership Development in Health Contexts (HEALT7004)

This course begins from the perspective that in order to be an effective leader one must first have a sound understanding of the self. The course provides students with a framework for supporting critical reflection upon one¿s own social and emotional capital in order to evaluate and develop the¿ capacity to become an effective leader in health contexts. Students will have an opportunity to explore their own perspectives on leadership and engage with leadership experts in health contexts from across the world.
