This course covers the regulations and requirements of a VicRoads Licenced Vehicle Tester (LVT) motorcycle examiner, application documents and requirements to become a LVT (Motorcycle) Licensee and completion and understanding of all roadworthy related documentation. 
Successful completion of this training and provision of the information required will allow participants to apply to VicRoads to become a registered vehicle tester - MC.

Contact hours can vary depending on requirements, however typical contact hours for full-time study are around 25-30 hours comprising of on-campus classes, online learning and self-directed study.

Must provide evidence of completion of the Certificate III in Automotive - Motorcycles under apprenticeship conditions. The applicant, who is applying for a licence for their own business, must have pre approval from VicRoads prior to enrolling in the program. All other applicants must be currently working for a business that is already licenced with VicRoads to conduct roadworthies. The applicant will be required to pass two pretests:
1) Language. Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) and
2) a Mechanical Knowledge assessment - motorcycles.
