"This course embeds two units of competency from the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality: SITXCOM401: Manage conflict and SITXHRM401: Roster staff. This course will introduce students to two of the major and related challenges in the supervision of staff. It will emphasise that effective rostering is a complex task which requires the balancing of operational requirements, legislative regulations and the personal needs and expectations of individual employees. Conflict can occur between colleagues, or between staff and customers and this course will develop the student¿s ability to identify and resolve common conflict situations."
