However, there are also increasing incidents of major cyber-attacks that have numerous threats to privacy and security. In this unit we will cover fundamental concepts of cyber security, risk mitigation mechanisms associated with the implementation and management of IT infrastructure. You will learn real-world applications of cyber security and a solid foundation in theory and practice to support your future career. The unit aligns with requirements of the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
